Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy an underwhelming hospitality experience!
We were disappointed with the overall guest experience during our recent visit. Upon arrival, our request to be seated together as a group was met with resistance, and we were told our booking was not made for the correct number of guests. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome and as though our presence was an inconvenience.
While the food itself was of good quality — the scallops, in particular, were very enjoyable — the portion sizes were small and pricing felt disproportionate.
There was also confusion regarding staff roles, with individuals identifying as managers and later referring to themselves as supervisors. The handling of children in our group was concerning: they were seated in the bar area and asked to leave promptly at 9 p.m. without prior notice. We were informed there was no space available in the restaurant, despite multiple empty tables in plain view. When questioned, we were told those tables were set for breakfast — though this setup appeared minimal.
Additionally, the conduct and presentation of one of the senior staff members did not reflect the standards expected in a hospitality setting. In contrast, a younger team member demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism, and we would commend her contribution.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would be unlikely to return. We hope management will reflect on the feedback and consider steps to improve guest engagement, particularly for families and larger groups.
